The living room features 2 comfortable sofas and a wide-screen smart TV, a dining table big enough to seat five, and a work desk with a chair. There is a large balcony, furnished with a seating area for guests to enjoy the spectacular views of the Dubai Marina and The Palm.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need alongside a washing machine for laundry purposes.
There are 3 en-suite bedrooms. The first one is equipped with a queen-size bed and the second one with 2 single beds. Both rooms are connected to the same balcony.
The third bedroom has a king-size bed, a smart TV, 2 armchairs, and floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular views. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a good night's rest.
The 3.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Guests will have access to the entire home including the beautiful shared infinity pool (on the 2nd-floor residence side 7 AM - 10 PM) and an indoor health club working 24/7.

Dubai Media City is home to diverse news and tech companies, as well as a large open-air amphitheatre that hosts international music acts and food festivals. Al fresco cafes offering speciality teas and global fare in Dubai Media City Park draw students from the nearby American University in Dubai, while the grassy expanses around the park’s large lake are popular with picnickers. Downtown Dubai is 19 minutes away by car and it's home to the towering Burj Khalifa skyscraper, with its observation deck, and the dancing Dubai Fountain, where crowds gather to watch music and light shows. The sprawling Dubai Mall offers global fashion brands and casual eateries, while Emaar Boulevard has a chic cafe scene. The Dubai Opera hosts dance, opera and musicals in a striking dhow-shaped building.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
The Palm Jumeirah monorail station is just 5-minutes away on foot.
Dubai International Airport is a 24-minute drive from the apartment.
Please note that late check-in after 7 PM - 8 AM has a surcharge of 150 AED.
Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival, which we must upload to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 30 per night.
Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We have limited time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee at a minimum.
