False amenities on listing
The bedrooms were spacious, had enough beds and got the job done, the neighbors were super helpful and friendly . The property manger however barely responded to half of my concerns .. my biggest concern was there were multiple things broken in this house and I wasnt being charged for things broken when I arrived, half the lights in the bathroom did not work, the pool is not up kept, we skimmed trash out of it , the hot tub whileBeing reminded to please put the lid back on after every use in our message with the address and door code, there was no lid and the hot is not usable , all we ask is stop listing amenities if they’re not available , the “dock where you can have picnics” is not available to renters, but again still listed - while we understand this area was hit by hurricanes , list the things not Available - so people like us don’t end up renting a house under false pretenses and expectations , bc this is what happen to our family - highly mislead being remind
