Amish Country, Georgious View!

Sunset Cottage is a vintage, Wi-fi free rental nestled in the farmland near Washington CH, OH., and minutes off of HWY 35.  There two bedroom with queen beds, and one bedroom with a twin bed and set of full size bunk beds.  There are two full bathrooms, a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa, and a cheery fully furnished kitchen and dining area.  You'll enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the abience of country life.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

- Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.

Christmas holiday

This property was perfect to celebrate the holidays with our family that live in 4 different states.The space was perfect for playing games & eating our meals together. We were all able to "unplug" for a time without TV or wi-fi. The beds were very comfortable & there were plenty of extra linens & towels.We will be back when we are back in the area.

Fairly comfortable accommodations, though showing some signs of age—a bit frayed around the edges—worn furniture, peeling wallpaper & border paper, etc. The place actually was quite a bit smaller than the photos led us to expect. But overall, it was comfortable, despite the lack of central AC (there are window AC units in most rooms). It was clean and, for the most part adequately furnished (though the women folk decried the lack of prep and serving bowls).
