The Eagle’s Nest perched above the Jump River!

The Jump River is home to bass, crawfish, frogs, & turtles w/occasional eagle sightings! The Eagle's nest feautres one bedroom w/queen bed, two cozy full sized bunks, full bath, walk-in closet, full kitchen, & laundry. The lower level features a twin sized bed, and 1/2 bath with stool, and laundry tub. Experience gorgeous sunrises, and sunsets, curl up for a nap, or to read your favorite book in a cozy bunk, or fish, kayak (depth depending) the Jump River, and truly appreciate the peace of northern WI.
Close to ATV trails with Country store & bar/food about 1 mile. Near Lake Holcombe, & surrounding areas. Base price is for two guests.
Log cabin (The River Lodge) adjacent is also listed. Larger groups please contact the host for pricing, & availability of both cabins.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Hand was dishes of there are not enough to run the dishwasher.
Leave beds as is so I can see what was used.
Trash goes in the outside can.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$250 fee if the grill is left dirty. If you use the grill you must clean it, empty grease tray, and clean tray as well. A dirty grill=fire hazard.

Very nice accommodations with nice surroundings by the river. It was so quiet at night and no nearby road traffic to bother either. We enjoyed visiting Timm's Hill and Big Falls County Parks, which were recommendations from our host.

We had a wonderful visit at this property. Our host was prompt and helpful in answering our questions. The place was as advertised. We stayed with our dog who was as happy as can be. It is quiet. A great place to get away and refresh!

Cozy, yet Spacious

This was a fabulous place to stay. We spent nine nights here and enjoyed the peace and quiet and wildlife during the day, and a campfire and stars at night. The place had everything we needed and more with many nice and stylish touches. Thoroughly recommend.

Quiet Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this remote cabin. The view and location by the river was relaxing and a great opportunity for my husband and son to fish. Be aware that cell and internet service are poor in this area. However, the disconnect from the outside world wasn’t a factor for our family.😊

Just book it

The Eagles Nest does not disappoint and has something to offer to everyone. Overlooking Jump River and gorgeously decorated from top to bottom, but still home is very family friendly with enough room for everyone to lounge and get cozy. The beds alone are worth the stay as they're the most comfortable layered with extra pillows and blankets... kids are all now requesting their own bed in the wall. Super accommodating host!

Gorgeous Eagles and waterfowl

What a great stay! The property was beautiful, all new! Property was so peaceful. We were able to experience so many different species of waterfowl. Many eagles and birds visited over the property as well. I could have sat by that river for days! The greater part is that the river is grandly viewed from the huge windows on the second floors living space! You will not be disappointed in all that this property has to offer!

Beautiful place to relax

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for lounging and hanging out. Decor was great. I'm sure when the deck is finished it will be a great space. The only thing we didn't care for was that everything was on the 2nd floor. My brother is disabled and has balance issues and there was only 1 railing on the stairs. I had missed it in the description that it only mentioned the 1/2 bath and 1 bed on the main level.
