Panama City Beach is waiting for you at this 4-bedroom house! This spacious, new, 3-story house is perfect for single or multi-family vacations. Located about 10 minutes walk to beaches and a few minutes drive to attractions, stores and restaurants in the heart of PCB! Plenty of space to spread out or to gather together in the large living room and dining areas. Features like an air hockey table, loft lounge (with toys and kid-friendly furniture), and 6 Wi-Fi enabled TVs means everyone will be having fun even when you stay in. Two king masters, a bunk room, and a ground floor bedroom provides plenty of flexibility with sleeping arrangements. Plus, 4 full bathrooms and a tankless water heater means everyone has their own space to freshen up after a day at our beautiful Emerald Coast beaches! We have 3 bikes available, outdoor shower, and garage storage for your beach gear or additional bikes. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars.

First floor:
Easy check-in using keypad on the front door. There is also an entry through the garage so you can rinse off using the outdoor shower and leave all your beach gear in the garage. Shoe racks so you can kick off your shoes and start to relax. HUGE living room with a comfy sectional plus additional seating…and AIR HOCKEY! This is a great space to enjoy some quality family time. There is also a bedroom (full size bed) and a full bathroom.

Second floor:
Large dining room with seating for 8 plus 4 more seats at the bar. Beautiful chefs kitchen with a gas stove and farmhouse sink! You’ll also find the well-equipped laundry room here.
The primary master bedroom is so spacious! It has a king bed, sofa with pull-out bed (full), balcony, and luxurious bathroom…with double sinks and double shower heads. Travel crib, high chair, and iron/board are stored in the closet.

Third floor:
Fun bunk room that sleeps 6 with en suite bathroom.
Loft lounge space with a TV and toys.
Secondary master with king bed, oversized plush rocker and en suite bathroom.

All bedrooms have Wi-Fi enabled, smart HD-TVs. Bedding, bath towels, beach towels provided. Other amenities include hairdryers, iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, first aid kit, travel crib, highchair. We provide the following starter supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap for showers, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods, coffee pods, creamer, sugar & Stevia.

We are a large family of 8, so we are always on the lookout for great vacation rentals when we travel. When we started hosting, it was important to us to provide all of our favorite things to our guests - numerous and flexible sleeping arrangements, space to spread out, a fully stocked kitchen, cleanliness & comfort, and a great location with plenty of fun nearby.

Why they chose this property

The location of our home is amazing! It's an easy walk or very short drive to the beach. It's a short drive to many of our favorite attractions: Zoo World, Shipwreck Island, Race City, St. Andrews State Park, and Lagoon Pontoons boat rentals to visit Shell Island. It's a quick drive to Walmart or Publix for supplies, and the Dollar General is across the street for any last minute needs. There are countless bars and restaurants near by for the times you don't feel like cooking - Finn's Island Style Grub, Schooners beachside restaurant, Diego's burritos, Parlor Doughnuts are some of our favorites.

What makes this property unique

This is a beautiful new construction home. The 3-story layout has plenty of space for everyone to gather, as well as room for everyone to spread out and rest from fun-filled days!

We use the house for our own family so you can rest assured that we provide the amenities and prioritize comfort and cleanliness to make this a true home away from home.
