Do Not Stay at this Property or any property managed by this host!!

This house was filthy!! The floors were dirty, coffee left in coffee pot, tub not cleaned, back porch dirty. The absolute worst part was the room with the twin beds one bed had been peed in and the sheets were not changed! The host said please give me an opportunity to make this right, which I tried to do. After waiting for 3 hours they offered to send someone the next Afternoon to clean the house. Who in there right mind would sleep in any of these beds knowing at least one bed had dirty sheets. I probably would have waited and had someone come clean the following day but sleep on dirty sheets absolutely NOT. Oh but it gets worse, after waiting over a week to see if we could get a refund because we obviously left this house. They are refusing to refund our money because we didn’t accept there offer to sleep on dirty sheets and wait until the next afternoon for someone to come and clean. I would give zero stars if I could!! I don’t see a place where I can add pictures or I would.
