Origin 1502, Penthouse 4 BR 2 Bath, with sofa sleeper, sleeps 11, amazing space and views!!

This penthouse unit has two oversized balconies, an East balcony for watching the sunrises and a West balcony for watching those amazing sunsets!! Very few properties have such amount of living or private balcony space! Newly managed by Beachscapes Vacation Rentals, several upgrades have been implemented and will be implemented in the coming months. This penthouse unit includes a new 85" Samsung TV in the living room with a Sonos arc stereo, new 55" Samsung TVs in each of the bedrooms, new Stearns and Foster King Size premium mattresses in each of the three bedrooms, with a twin over full bunk arrangement in the fourth bedroom. Living Room includes a sofa sleeper. The kitchen has a new stainless steel LG refrigerator.

Origin is an amazing and unique resort! The pool, gym, and spa amenities are located on the 4th floor. Convenient barbecue areas are located on the 4th floor south-east and south-west corners of the building, with amazing gulf views.

There are four elevators, one on the East and West ends of the building and two in the center. Access to the penthouse units is via the center elevators only (a large portion of the West wing belongs to Unit 1502 for balcony space).

Each unit is provided with two parking passes, one for the main parking garage and one for the adjacent lot across from Sharky’s Beachfront Restaurant. Origin provides 24-hour security for its owners and guests.

Best management company

We loved the place and the location. But the fact that the management company is very easy to talk to and check on you blew my customer service expectations out of the water. They make my friends and I excited to come back and rent any of their properties. Very good customer service

Great space, with an amazing view from the Penthouse balconies!

We had a great week staying at the Origin. This property is very well stocked for those that like to use a full kitchen. The size/space inside and outside this unit is amazing. It's on the 15th floor so you can't see the road and ground buildings below. Wonderful sunrise views from the huge balcony space! Communication was prompt the day of arrival and really didn't need much else, in terms of owner support. If you need space, large bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen areas, this place will give you want you need. The private beach access across the street allows you to walk to the beach in about a minute from leaving the elevator! the pool at the building looked pretty nice but we came for the beach!

Beautiful Place

My favorite place by far! This condo was clean, spacious, had a beautiful view and the property management company was the best! The allowed us to check in early, helped us with an extra parking pass and checked on us after we left. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views with lots space!!!

We absolutely loved the pent house. It big and the views were incredible. Paul contacted us as soon as it was available for us to check in early. Would for sure stay again if I need a place with space.
