There is an additional king bedroom with an ocean view and ensuite on this level. The fourth bedroom offers 2 queen size beds and is next to the laundry room and the fourth full bathroom.
This property is equipped with an elevator with access from the ground level to the main floor. The ground level offers an outdoor shower, swing, table, and a large gas grill.
