Super nice and cozy spot!

We had a wonderful time at Charlottes place, it is extremely cozy and she made us feel very comfortable in her home! Charlotte helped us with an early check in as well as everything else we needed! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Sarasota!

Wedding stay

Tranquility Cottage was a quite little getaway from hotel stays. We only needed the cottage for two nights and the proximity to Castle McCulloch was perfect. Accommodations were perfect for our family of four. You can tell the hosts take good care of their property. Certainly a place I would recommend.

SARASOTA SPRINGS 5 OUT OF 5

Owner was very flexible and accommodating to my situation and I was able to extend my stay.I was able to use the kitchen, which I enjoy baking.The location was close to Siesta Key Beach, US-41, I-75 and many amenities.Looking forward to my stay in October, 2025.

Didnt like the fact there dog barked the hole time and that we had to share the bathroom so we didnt stay we ended up getting a hotel room and paying more money because of the dog

I told the guest the dog will naturally bark for a couple minutes upon their arrival. She is a quiet dog. I also told the guest they had their own bathroom. It is not shared. My home is a split plan so very private and comfortable.

This was my first time doing a shared house reservation, but it was great! Property owner was so quiet and stayed in another part of the house. I really felt like I was there alone most of the time.

Lovely House!

It’s a beautiful place. Charlotte’s house is spotless. I highly recommend it. Her dog Chloe was very cute. You will not even notice she is in the house. Didn’t get the meet the host due to my schedule but will stay here again when in Sarasota. Easy to find! Good location.
