Amazing property with pool in a Gated Community in the middle of nature with lots of animals to see, walking distance to the beach. You will have another 10 different beaches in 20 minutes driving distance, Golf course, 1 Italian grocery store just 3 minutes driving distance. Additionally 3 local grocery stores, ATM, Hospital, Dentist, Manicure/Pedicure, Barber shop, Restaurants just around the corner or 8 minutes drive to Paquera. Big chance to see howler monkeys during your stay, lots of birds, parrots, macaws, and other animals in the area.

Chill on the deck in the evening with a glass of wine and enjoy the sounds and vibes of Mother Nature.
