I give it 5 stars one of the best properties we have stayed in. I hope we can return someday keeping this properties on my #1 top ten l Iist absolutely no issues at all. Beautifully cleaned, decorated, host super responsive, great pool, perfect for all family members. Paying extra for the resort amenities is the only questionable thing, not much included.

Beautiful Home, we absolutely enjoyed.
Definitely on our “favorite homes” list.
It is large, conveniently located and professionally decorated.
Photos on-line do not do this home justice.
Home layout works well for large families.
Management was always responsive & easy to work with.
There is a bathroom for each bedroom as well as one on pool deck.
Kitchen has two refrigerators & two dishwashers making large meal storage and preparation convenient.
TV in each bedroom, pool deck and living area, all work, bring a teenager to figure out the cable system.
Excellent game & theatre rooms with wet bar, video games & balanced pool table.
Currently the pool will get super warm if the hot tub is turned.
Bonus - There is a refrigerator on pool deck.
Warning - Lego room is too cute with large legos glued to wall. Grandson thought they were Velcro, pulled ten down.

The Home was beautiful and spacious; however, we did have a few issues.The bathroom near the theatre room was not draining properly; it filled up when you showered.We also found a cockroach in that part of the home. The alarm by the pool was a bit overwhelming; if you didn't immediately close the door, it would start going off.The air conditioner set at 74F was a bit warm when you had 10 people staying in the home, especially in the upstairs bedrooms; the temp felt like 78F.There were no hooks or anything to hang used towels in the bathrooms.The master bathroom toilet paper roll, was loose from the wall.There were no instructions for the coffee maker or washing machine; luckily, someone from our group figured it out.Finally, the toilet paper was a one-ply, cheap roll for each bathroom with a paper-thin soap as well. I mean I get it, but for a home this size, a little bit of an upgrade would go a long way. It makes the difference between telling my friends, and family to "go to this place" or "not even bother".The pluses were the converted garage into a theatre room; we enjoyed that very much. the spaciousness of the kitchen with the 2 refrigerators, the accommodating long dining table, and plenty of seating in the living room.The outdoor area was inviting and relaxing. Unfortunately, I found out about the heated pool up charge the day before our arrival, so no one brought their suits. We would have booked; the pool looked so inviting.
