Lovely and quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown.
It is a quiet neighborhood, so please keep it down past 9:00PM especially if going outside.
Garbage bins are kept on the side of the house by our gardener.
Scott, the gardener, comes on Sunday afternoon for a cleanup outside and to put the garbage bins on the road.
If you need to replace the propane please let me know and I will do it for you.

Fantastic location

Dylan was a gracious host and very communicative. Awesome location, easy walk to University Avenue and short Uber to anything else. In town for Stanford event and was a great location for everything Palo Alto. Also nice set up for working from home. Would definitely consider again when visiting Stanford.
