Upper Level includes Master Bedroom with walkout deck over looking the river. Second Bedroom, Full Bath, Work Station, Coffee/Beverage Bar with Keurig Coffee maker.
Amazing Views of Catawba River from multiple vantage points including from both the upper and lower decks of The Cottage.
Lower, Covered/Lighted Patio Space with dining/socializing table, charcoal grill.

Guest have access to all areas on the grounds including Waterfront Pier and Dock, Disc Golf Basket, Waterfront Fire Pit and Select Kayaks/Paddles (user assumes all risk and agrees to provide own PDF - Personal Flotation Device/Life Preserver).

Guest Access:
A push button key pad is located on the front door. to light up the key pad touch the bottom left corner and it will light up
then put your code in. Please let the lock open fully before trying to open the door. You should receive your code 48 hours before
check in. If you don't receive a code please let me know.

Getting Around:
5 to 10 minutes to Historic Downtown Belmont and Wilkinson Blvd. restaurants and big box stores. 10 minutes to Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
