About this property

Secluded, 1 acre lot on Lake Greenwood! Dog friendly and there's room for your boat at the dock. You'll enjoy how quiet and peaceful it is here. If you're looking for action, jump in your boat and head down to the large part of the lake. Plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy, or fish all day!
You'll have access to the 1 queen bedroom, 1 bath guesthouse with a private deck, dock with a pavilion, screen house and fish cleaning house.
Our guesthouse and dock are not child friendly but are perfect for 2 adults and your well behaved pup!
The kitchenette is functional and does not have a stove. We have provided guests lots of options for outdoor cooking. We will be remodeling the kitchen soon and will update photos as we go.
Guests may use the screen house, fish cleaning house and dock pavilion. All other buildings and boat launch are not accessible.
We live a few minutes away but do not disturb your stay. The only time you'll see us is if we're taking our boat out.
The nearest boat launch is a few minutes away. You'll need to drop your boat there before coming. Our driveway is long and narrow with no turnaround options for large boats. Guests will not have access to our boat launch. You may park your trailer on the gravel at the very beginning of our driveway but it's best to look before pulling in.

Security cameras/recording devices are there for liability purposes. We do not monitor our guests.

Sweet hideway

We love the time we spent in this cozy place. Nice and quiet, and the fishing wasn't bad. Close to alot of marinas and restaurants.

Cozy guest house

We enjoyed our stay at the guest house, it is clean and comfortable. Finding a good place to stay that allows pets can be hard to find. It was exactly what we were looking for and we will be returning guests.

Beautiful outdoor space

We enjoyed the outdoor space and fishing on the dock. Great place for a dog as the entire property is fenced in with lots of room for them to run. Owner is very responsive. The only downside is we did not understand just how small the house is. There are no closets for hanging clothes. There are a couple shelves so pack lightly! We had to put our suitcases in the car because there was no room to store them. The internet is slow so it isn’t possible to work from there and we lost internet for a couple days. We enjoyed the property and caught some big fish. Just don’t plan to spend time in the house.
