Welcome to our cozy cabin nestled in the woods & just minutes to Cook Forest State Park and the Clarion River! Our cabin offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and natural beauty, ensuring a memorable stay for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike! Cabin is privately situated on 2 wooded acres with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accommodating up to 6 people. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. Relax on the large deck equipped with a grill or enjoy the evenings around the fire ring roasting s'mores! Close to all that Cook Forest has to offer!

We loved this cabin in the woods. Very well appointed, comfortable, clean, convenient. We especially appreciated the additional amenities such as extra coffee (two kinds of coffee makers) and firewood. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Quiet, comfortable getaway

The cabin is just as advertised. Easy to check in and out. We cooked our meals in and enjoyed the cabin and deck it was the perfect spot for four friends to reunite. The beds were very comfortable and two full bathrooms made everyone happy.

Clean well appointed cabin close to parks and advent

Very nice cabin. Left bottled water and snacks for us to use as well as baskets with soaps lotions and toothbrush if needed. Fire pit stacked with wood ready for use ( we had rain so did not use ). All in all we would come back for a longer stay.

Hillside Haven was a perfect home away from home for our long weekend stay in Cook Forest. Nestled in the woods, its a spacious, immaculate and cozy cottage that offers all the amenities and serenity you need. Very comfortable beds! Fabulous kitchen and grill! Wendy was prompt in responding to questions and graciously offered free toiletries and other items for your comfort. Thank you Wendy and Hillside Haven! We would love to return next year!

Everything was absolutely beautiful! Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Wendy was quick to respond to any communication. Provided ample amount of wood, which was fantastic quality for cooking all our meals during our stay. Lots of little extras provided (toiletries, coffee with creamers and sugars, etc.) should they be needed. The quality of items was outstanding (sheets, towels, etc.) The location was close to the state park and a wide variety of activities. This is one of the best rentals we have had and enjoyed it immensely. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.
