Thank-you so much!!! You don't know what this means to me! That horrible review that those past guests left was completely false! They were mad because they tried to sneak in extra guests, and had to pay for them. So after their stay, in which they never complained while staying 3 nights, waited till they got home, to contact me saying the home was full of 3 inch spiders and threatened me with a bad review, if i didnt hive them a full refund! They have been reported Vrbo, and ask them to remove that review ,due to fictitious lies! Thanks,so much for mentioning that, so others will know the real truth! Folks can be so cruel, but you are an example of fair, kind and honest guests! Also, thank you for leaving my home in awesome condition! You guys are what all host hope for!! As you know, i dont livecin the area, so when i asked youif plan on using the grill, you said yes, the one that was there had finally rusted out, the guests that keft just before,told me it was in bad shape, so i told them to put it out for garbage. I ordered and payed for a much nicer grill, and they could of delivered it, but you said you woukd be glad to pick it and put it together, and someone in your had his own tools, and you said it was easy, and he had it donecin 30 minutes! You were very happy witg that arrangement, I coukd of told you there was not a grill available, but i wanted do all i could to make sure you had one! So if this review with 2 stars, you should be ashamed! My cleaning girl charged extra to clean the grill, and I even reminded you to be sure to clean it after you use it! So, this is very unfair that you reviewed me this way, but ive learned in life, you cant make everyone happy as much as you want to, you had a,wonderful , large and clean home to stay in, and by the way, you are the only person that said the garage bedroom didnt get cool enough! 2 Acs in there and ceiling fans, plus a floor fan if needed! Really??

Oh wow! Wish you had mentioned these thigs to me when I asked you about how your stay was! I jumped through hoops to make sure you were very happy, new AC in bedroom, had a my cleaning girl spent 2 hours before your arrival, to make sure there wasnt dust or cob webs. She did forget to check the firepit, which has been completely cleaned out. Previous guests did leave a mess in there, but had you told me this when you arrived. I would of sent her back! The washer gave her troubles too, so it was just replaced yesterday! We just dont want stoppages. Kiddos are bad about putting too much paper down the drains, so that prevents that from happening! Talking to host first. Always makes a difference, so we can work out any issues! I provided beach toys and chairs, for you, but nothing positive to say there! I did so must work on this home, so im very proud of the new look we achieved! You said you had a wonderful time, but a 2 star review, is just horrible! I also sent you a picture of all the nast unbagged trash you left in the front of the house! Thanks for that!

This is a typical review when you make a reservation for 1 person, then bring 13, you were made because you were caught with all the extra guests and had to pay for them. Everything you wrote here was a lie, you stayed the intire time, 3 nights and didnt mention anything wrong until you got back home! We checked the house the same day you left, there were no bugs or spiders of any kind! These are absolutely lies, if your kids had any bites at all it would of been from mosquitoes! You probably left the doors open and invited them in! I will report you to Vrbo and discuss this review, you should be ashamed to do this to any host! You will be flagged!"My home was thoroughly checked prior to your coming at 1in the afternoon, and she turned the air down for you as well! This is unacceptable!

We are happy to say, there has been nothing but 5 star reviews in the last 3 weeks! We modified the rules, and added a new AC to the large bedroom! We got new trash service now! I even refunded you for a guest that you said didn't stay after all! As far as the stove its fully functional! There is a new Air fryer. Insta pot, microwave.and toaster/convention oven! The beds are all labeled in the description from room to room, and are accurate! Thanks for staying!

Rita, i honestly wish you had sent me personal text or a call to let me know about some of these things. My daughter went be before your arrival to turn AC down, and check for any dead bugs, its a coastal neighborhood. And we had a ton of rain, it brings in the waterbugs, at times. Ive had no troubles with the patio door, but will have it looked at. I have several coffee pots there and the Keurig is brand new, so I wish you had mentioned it! I have small dogs, and there is a couple of low places, I secured them, but if your talking about the one at the wood gate, the guy that mowes, mowed just before your arrival and probably didnt resecure it. Sorry, I live 5 hours away so I have to depend on others to help me out! I sent the review to my cleaning girl to make her aware, with that being said, I was quick to respond, you had my number so, would loved to have you mention this to me! Just so you know, its hard to find perfection anywhere, there will always be something, and not everyone offers a dog friendly home, thats a special perk! Wishing you a safe 2024!
