You are renting an entire brand new remodeled basement apartment which includes:

-cosy dining area
-full kitchen
-laundry room
-office/work desk area with power strip
-living room lamps have usb charging ports
-master bedroom suite with queen bed
-full sized attached bathroom
-huge walk-in tile shower.
There are extra towels in the bathroom vanity drawers, and extra bed sets in the bedroom dresser drawers.
The kitchen has coffee, tea, basic spices, full size fridge, granite counters, a toaster oven/air fryer, coffee maker, full stove and microwave, farm kitchen sink, utensils and laundry.
Everything is in A+ brand new condition.
NOTE: We share front entrance, I live main floor/upstairs you have entire private basement apartment.
Guest access: Enter and exit through the main floor front door using your private keycode. We share a short hallway to the entrance of your private apartment downstairs.
Other things to note: I share access to the laundry so if you are here for an extended stay I will coordinate that so I don't disturb you.

Why they chose this property
I love the proximity to walking trails and bike paths, as well as parks, lakes, rivers, golf courses, mountains, hiking and also downtown is just about 6 min drive. Also to the west is Estes Park the famous "gateway to the rockies" with several entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park and of course the Stanely Hotel where the Jack Nickleson movie "The Shining" was filmed.
What makes this property unique
Its a recently remodeled in 2022, great neighborhood, huge backyard with mountain views and gorgeous sunsets. Walking trails and bike paths right out the door. Benson Sculpture park is just a few blocks away and downtown is about 6 mins drive.
