Ideal location. Nice house but needed attention. Some things in the house were broken. Smelled of mold so I thought it had water damage. Cleaning crew did not do a good job at all. Sandy floors, dusty molding, etc. Received several emails per day with additional things to do and if we didn’t we could be charged an additional 200. Not very restful since we were only there for 4 days. lolMay not use Elliott again but VRBO was easy to work with. The ocean never disappoints though. It was amazing.

Oceanfront property with plenty of room for our group of 6. Loved the location! Private pool was a nice perk as well. Property had a crockpot as well as the normal kitchen items you'd expect which was nice for coming back from the beach to dinner. Property also had box fans available which I wish I'd have asked about before we brought them lol. Didn't need them upstairs but the master did get warm. Overall its a very nice property that needs a little attention to the flooring on the kitxhen/dining room side. I loved sitting on the swing under the house and enjoying the breeze and sound of the ocean. We had a VERY hot week with heat adviseries so it was nice to have that shady spot to sit.

Its a wonderful place, will stay there again, if we go again in may, would probably get pool heated. The upstairs tv's were not hooked up and no batteries in remotes, which we thought were odd. We figured them out and bought batteries. Very spacious and away from everyone, when your on the beach which is a plus. Its a great place .

The Britt House is beautiful! The view from the master suite is amazing. You can lie in bed and watch the waves crash onto the beach. The home is spacious and comfortable. The only thing that was a negative was that I paid the extra 500.00 to heat the pool, and there was only one day that the pool was warm enough to get into. But other than that, we had a wonderful time! I will definitely book the Britt House again!

Family vacation

Overall great location. The closet door was broken when we arrived in upstairs king room. Xbox remotes were busted, and couldn't be used, no batteries in the remites for tvs, had to go purchase those. And pool guy never came to clean the pool, even though he told the office he was there eveyday.
