Nice little house.

Overall pretty clean, nice layout and decor. Manager was fast to respond to messages. House is located in a short drive to a lot of different things to do. Couple of little things that could have made the stay better, the extra bed, is not a bed but a mattress topper, only 3 wash cloths in the house, and couldn't enjoy the yard due to the grass being mid shin high. Nothing that would keep me from staying here again.

The house was nice, but the host was not as attentive as she should have been. There was no water one cold morning, she can’t help with the weather but it took 3 hrs and a few messages before responding. Finally after the pipe outside burst she messaged. Plumber came late at night, after that no water pressure for 2 days. No shower for 3 days total, had to buy water, heat water for bathing and dishes. Host said she would refund for one day after our stay. It’s been 2 weeks and no refund.

Property is nice and new

The property is nice and new. A hint of advice if u use goggle maps on gps make sure u get directions from the host as ours sent us the wrong home. The neighborhood is nice, and u ts quite at night. Just so u know 2 of the bedrooms do not have tvs but didnt affect us as we had ipads with us.

Perfect stop on our travels

We were only able to stay at this beautiful home one night, but it was perfect. Beds were super comfy which was exactly what we needed after a long travel day with crazy traffic and weather. It was further from the freeway than we expected, but that’s on us for not looking closer. Host communicated well and house had everything we needed plus extras. Price was excellent for our family of 7. The double bed is actually a folding mattress. We put in the living room for someone to sleep on.

No electricity

It was nice and clean but the shower head fell off the first night we were there and both bathrooms electrical outlets did not work. Felt that the extra charge for additional people was not necessary since it’s listed as sleeping that many. The extra cleaning fee and other charges were not necessary

Ocala House

The layout of the house was very nice, but the house was not well-supplied. I found only 1 wash cloth in the house. I ended up buying additional wash clothes and hand towels at Walmart. I tried to take out the garbage as instructed but the box of garbage bags in the pantry was empty. There was not a good frying pan in the place and only one pot, which was large - no smaller sauce pans.

The house is very nice. The only problem I had was getting into the house. I received a message from the host saying I would receive a message 30 minutes prior to check in time with information on how to enter the house. I did not receive that 30 minutes prior or after check in time. I messaged the host that I was there and needed a code to enter but never got a response back. I had to call the vrbo help line to get the code. Like I mentioned, otherwise the house was very nice

Beautiful convenient home, great communication.

The communication from Samantha was timely and accommodating. The place was just like it was in the pictures and the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and little extras like the candy and soups were a welcoming extra. I have two comments of feedback on the property for suggestions. The light switches in the bathroom and some of the bedrooms were redundant and did not turn on some things, like the side table lamp in the Master bedroom. Also, being on the road you may want to go with blinds in the window, the light passes through the curtains easily and can be disturbing while sleeping. If you wanted to put value add put a fence up from the main road. Again, we had a great stay and will probably book again for our Dad lives in the area.
