We loved the condo! And loved having access to the outside from the downstairs bedroom. It was nice to walk directly to the river and to look out and enjoy watching the deer. The condo was just as pictured, and the kitchen was very well stocked. We will stay here again if in the area.

The condo seems pretty new and it’s in a perfect location for the 4th of July activities. There are walking trails to the river, springs and to town. This is really helpful because of the limited parking in town. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed one week for Wolf Creek ski vacation. Having a garage is great for storing ski gear and not scraping ice from vehicles. Location great for Hot Springs and downtown Pagosa. Very comfortable 3 bedroom townhouse.

Very upscale and well stocked. Kitchen has everything needed to cook and eat in. Hosts have thought of everything from hair dryers to extra blankets to camp chairs. Thank you for such a memorable stay. Looking forward to returning again soon.

Comfort Views Location Fabulous!

Ours was a girls’ trip, and this couldn’t have been better. The babbling river is steps from the back door for walks, sitting on benches, or just enjoying the sound from an open window. The condo was immaculate, though the pillows have gotten rather flat & could use replacing. Great kitchen, comfy living room, perfect location for all we wanted to do. I’ve already recommended this one to friends.

Perfect location in beautiful Pagosa Springs

Wonderful stay! Traveled from MA to Pagosa for a friends wedding and was stunned by the beautiful location and views. Condo was perfectly placed to be greeted by deer out the back and a short walk to the River Walk area. Really enjoyed our stay in a wonderfully kept condo. Highly recommend!

Condo is a perfect location. Close to downtown yet private part on the river. It was very clean and comfortable for us all. 7 people stayed with us ages 9,11,15,20,20,41,41. We had pleanty of room and really enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again!
