Tropical Pool & Spa Home, 3/2, Near Disney, Universal, Sea World, Beaches

Your Tropical Paradise, is ready and fully furnished from top to bottom!
The Pool area has a child & pet prevention fence. Top of the line furnishings.
Split plan--Master Bedroom is a king suite, pvt bathroom, 2 seperate bedrooms on the other side of house, sleeps 5.
The pool can be heated during your stay upon request otherwise I keep the pool at the Florida Natural Springs temp of 72, which is quite nice if the sun is out,
I will request the heated pool fees AFTER you book. I charge only what the electric company charges me. Prices begin for the Heated Pool & fees start at $25/nite for 1-3 nites
Reservations from a 4–7-day stay is $100 per week or $350/month. Please inquire directly if interested.

Moments from I-4 & 20-25 minutes to Disney, Sea World, Universal, Famous Names Discount Shopping Malls, 35 minutes to World Famous Daytona Beach & New Symerna Beach.
Cranes Roost Park, Altamonte Uptown/Mall & many resteraunts, 5 minutes.

This is not a party home, registered guests only, all guests must be listed at booking. Pets individually considered & will have a fee. Please inquire with any questions prior to booking.
Guests who wish to stay longer than 1 month please contact me for a further discount.

OPTIONAL HEATED POOL & SPA FEES: IF YOU DESIRE: to have the pool spa heated, there is are additional fees.
Heated Pool fees start at $30/day and discounted over a 7 day stay,, please inquire directly to me if interested.
A 2 day notice is required to heat the pool sufficiently if you require heating. Payment must be paid prior to your stay via various methods, Credit Cards, or may be sent thru a request on VRBO. Pool Heating over 80 degrees may require an additional fee increase.(more info later)

Spa Heating fees are $30/stay up to 4 days, 5-7 days $45, Weekly $75 or $150/month

Guest use of the washer dryer are in the garage, but parking will be available for 1 car only in the garage ( due to storage & set up).

Guests may not register for anyone else. Registered guest must be staying in the home.

Family Fun Vacation Time

The house was everything it was described to be. Clean, comfortable, stocked with essentials, tastfully decorated. It has an oasis of a backyard pool, patio, spa, bbq and plenty of space for the fur babies to play. The host, Denise, was super in every way. We are already wanting to come back.

A Perfect Stay

This beautiful home-away-from-home has everything! Nice decor, refreshing pool, big back yard, comfortable rooms with all the amenities. Located on a quiet street close to parks, shopping, and great restaurants. And fun little touches everywhere show the high level of care and hospitality the property owner provides. Easy check in and check out. THANK YOU for making our visit so wonderful!

A comfortable evacuation

Had to evacuate from the coast. Denise went out of her way to make us comfortable. Great house. Enough space to accommodate our family very comfortably. Beautiful setting, beautiful pool area. Host was so nice. Communication was great. Conveniently located near shopping and close to theme parks.

Family wedding

To quote my friend who came with me we both said this is a house we could live in.. my parents are in their 80s and this house was wonderful that it was all one level with one step to enter. The bathrooms were great as they had handles to hold onto getting in and out of the shower and the entire house was wonderful.. there was a large yard that was fenced that my two dogs loved. One morning there was a small frog on the screen on the opposite side of where my one dog was and he was totally fascinated by seeing something had never seen before and that's how the several days went with my dogs- they enjoyed themselves as much as we did. My friend and I also enjoyed the pool. The whole experience was awesome and I was able to meet Denise the owner and she was awesome as well.. since we have family in the area when I return I plan to come back to this wonderful house.. we all decided the little sitting area in the back was one of our favorite spots to just sit and chill... originally I had reserved this house for my husband and I and my parents but my husband unexpectedly passed away a few months ago so one of my friends came with me for my niece's wedding. This house is a three bedroom and it was perfect for the four of us.. I could go on and on about this house but basically it fit us perfectly
Both of my dogs are rescues and this sweet lady is a cancer survivor and loved just hanging by the pool and in the tree line
