Room was extremely clean and just as described in the listing. Off-street parking was convenient though a little tough getting in and out of the designated space with waste containers and missing asphalt causing some challenge. Overall process and communications were 5-star.

The apartment was just as advertised. Communication was good and answered my questions quickly. My son was playing volleyball at the Convention center and this was a great location, just a 6 minute walk. Also close to the free streetcar route. There was a grocery store, Cosentino's market, about 1/2 mile away. A couple of pubs and a pizza hut with a few blocks. Having the parking space was a huge plus so I didn't have to search for parking. Washer/dryer in the basement made it easy to clean clothes. I cooked 3 out of 4 nights I was there, and there are a variety of pots/pans to that made cooking easy.
