Dear Valued Guest, To maintain a high standard for all our guests, we have established certain rules that will be beneficial to both us and you. We also strive to be green and protect the environment for all future generations by taking the right steps. Kindly review the house rules below:
• There are two units in this complex, one in the basement; and this one which is on the main floor. So in order to respect the other guests in the lower unit, noise levels should be controlled.
•Quiet hours between 11:00 PM to 9:00 are quiet hours.
• This unit is not suitable for children under 14 years.
• Fire place is only for aesthetics and NOT to be used
• Please use the 3 large bins in the front - Blue bin: recycle items - Green bin: Organics, food - Black bin: non recycle and non-organics. Please check the garbage collection schedule online and remember to leave the bins in front for collection by the city on the designated days.
• Please do not move the appliances’ plugs including toaster, kettle and etc, please leave them plugged where they are as you check-in.
• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• Please operate the Laundry only after 7:00 Pm and before 11:00 Pm during the weekdays and all hours of the weekend. This will allow saving energy during the peak load and help having a greener environment.
• No unregistered guests allowed.
• Please respect the noise curfew.
• Please turn off the AC and lights when you go out.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Please take the trash out before you leave. We Look forward to hosting you!
