• Primary renter must be 25+ years old

• Rental Agreement required upon booking

• $1,000 security deposit hold due at least 2 days before check-in

• Deposit is released 5 days after checkout, provided no damages or violations are found

Maximum occupancy: 14 guests (strictly enforced)
• Only registered guests are allowed
• Exceeding occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation without refund

Parking: Maximum of 6 vehicles
• No street parking permitted
• Street-parked vehicles may be towed at guest’s expense

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

No smoking or vaping indoors
• Indoor smoking incurs a $750 ozone cleaning fee
• Outdoor smoking is allowed only with proper disposal
• Improper disposal may result in an additional $100 cleaning fee

No parties or events
• Hosting parties or unregistered guests may result in:

Relaxing Family Vacation

The house was the perfect size for our group of 12 especially since we ranged in ages from 13 to 83. Had a well stocked kitchen making it easy to cook big family meals. Loved being right on the beach and still having a pool and hot tubs to end the day with. Able to play family games at the kitchen table and enough room to hang in the family room as a group. We loved the house and would definitely stay again if we planned another vacation in the Outerbanks.

Great house for adults and kids. 3 master suites, bunk bed room, play room right outside of that(although I have to admit I think I played more pinball than anyone), beach right over the berm, great sunrises, swimming pool, pretty much had it all. Couldn’t find any salt, notified Kristine, it was delivered that day along with some goodies. Smoke alarm started beeping, batteries provided within hours. We really enjoyed our stay

Perfect beach house

Kristine and Scott were exceptional hosts. Their beachfront home was truly amazing! The cozy atmosphere and breathtaking beach views left us in awe. The layout of the home was exceptionally spacious, with plenty of rooms to comfortably accommodate our large group. We especially loved the fireplaces in the suites, the amazing mattresses, and all the special personal touches you left for us to enjoy. Not to mention, the fully stocked kitchen made meal preparation effortless. We can't wait to come back again soon!

Amazing beach house. Perfect location. Only steps from the water. Our family absolutely loved Kristine and Scott house. Everything is brand new. Great hosts, lots of amenities and it had everything we needed. The game room was impressive. Watching the waves crash from the top deck never gets old. We even saw some dolphins. Book Now!! You won’t regret it.

100% recommend and can't wait to come back

This property is exactly as it looks in the pictures- beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect location. Everything was great from the grill to the pool to the hot tubs to the game room. They have all the beach gear you need included coolers and a large tent. It is as close as you can get to being on the beach. We sat on the top deck and used the grill while we just listened to the ocean and watched the waves. We went with two large families and there was plenty of room for everyone. We all agreed that we want to come back! The hosts are the most responsive I've ever had and super helpful.

Perfect Getaway

This house is excellent. Appears exactly as described by the host. Clean, well cared for, and fully stocked. We so appreciated the game room for our young girls as well as the coffee pods, dishwasher soap, detergent, toilet paper, and towels. It made travel and packing so much easier. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs and the oceanfront spot is outstanding.The NC outer banks can feel commercial and crowded in certain areas but this home is perfectly situated between manteo and hatteras and is quiet and peaceful without commercialization. However, great little shops, coffee houses and bagels are just a short drive away.NC is full of treasures. We can’t wait to return and explore them more!

Beautiful home! Everything we needed to make for a wonderful, memorable time!

We absolutely loved this home! It’s beautifully decorated—bright, cheerful, and tasteful while still feeling warm and comfortable. We had a large group of 10 adults and 4 children (ages 1–7), and it worked perfectly for all of us.The location was amazing. Having the beach so close was a lifesaver with the babies and toddlers—it made it easy to come and go for naps and meals while still feeling like we were part of the beach fun.The pool was the perfect afternoon gathering spot for the whole group. We had so many great moments there, playing and just enjoying time together. The game room was also a huge hit with everyone!The bunk room worked out perfectly for the kids, and all of the bedrooms were spacious and accommodating, which made a big difference with having a baby along. The silky-soft sheets were such a nice touch, and the two large washers and dryers were a lifesaver for a group our size.I can’t say enough about how much we loved this home and how special it made our family vacation. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Unforgettable First Adventure: Exploring the Magic of the Outer Banks

Our stay at this stunning beach house in the Outer Banks was nothing short of perfect. The house itself was immaculate, new, and extremely functional, providing ample space for all our families from Ohio, the Virgin Islands, and North Dakota to gather for a 10-day getaway. We were thrilled with the pristine beach and pool supplies, which made our time outdoors even more enjoyable. Within a 3-minute drive, we found fantastic surf shops with a big selection of boards to rent and local markets offering fresh seafood. A special shout-out to Blue Whale Market for their enormous, beyond-delicious sandwiches and market selections! We will return to this beach house again! Highly recommended!

Wonderful Vacation

Our family had a wonderful week in OBX. We liked that the house was away from the more tourist areas but still accessible (20-30 min drive to full grocer and larger restaurant selection). The house is in a great location steps from the beach and had all the beach gear we needed for the week (tent was great). The kids enjoyed the pool as a break from the sand and waves, and the hot tubs were nice for late evening soaks. The house layout was perfect to allow everyone their own space and all the rooms were beautifully decorated (loved the artwork). The downstairs game area entertained during dinner prep and when the weather didn’t cooperate. It was easy to dine in with all the kitchen supplies - we had everything we needed. Overall just a great spot and we would highly recommend.

Perfection

There is not a single thing I would change about this property. We celebrated my wife’s 36th birthday with friends and family in early October. Guest ages ranged from 1-40. We were blessed with perfect weather and temperatures ranging from 65-70 degrees. My wife and I woke up each morning to watch the sunrise from the third deck just outside the master bedroom and it was spectacular. Between the heated pool, two hot tubs, game room and perfectly stocked beach closet the kids were in heaven. Although the are has much to offer, the kids never wanted to seek adventure off site. They were perfectly content at the beach house the entire stay. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Paradise!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Island Dreams Hideaway! Anytime we needed anything, our messages were quickly answered! The house is absolutely beautiful and everything the listing states. We stayed for a week with different family members coming and going. We had plenty of room and everything we needed! The high dunes make it feel like there is nothing between you and the ocean. There are several little shops around to get things you may need like food/supplies. There is so much to do! We went to the Oregon Inlet one afternoon (around 4:30) as the charter boats are coming in to see the boats and fish, so cool! We also took the ferry to Ocracoke and that was another awesome experience. However, we could have EASILY stayed in the house the whole time (which we practically did,) because it has any and everything you could need! Thank you for sharing this sweet spot!

Incredible stay

I had a fun family vacation at Kristine and Scott's home. The pictures do not do it justice. When we pulled up to the house we were amazed. I am so glad I picked this house. We had 2 families with us, me and my sisters. We had kids ranging from 6-13 years old. They had fun each day. It was too cold to swim in the pool, but they made good use of the 2 hot tubs. One on the balcony and the one right next to the pool. The game room was also a hit. We loved that the house was so close to the beach, the kids got so many seashells. The kitchen had everything we needed. We never used a Traeger before and now my husband is looking into buying one for our house. The beds were so comfy and the décor was on point. Just listening to the waves at night was so relaxing. We could not be any happier. We already are planning our next vacation here. The kids did not want to leave.
