Our Private Penthouse is perfect for your Chicago visit! The Penthouse comes with a private exterior patio and reserved parking for 1 car. Additional parking is available.

We are located RIGHT downtown and a short Uber ride to all the main attractions! Located 3 blocks from the Chicago Blue Line.

My brother was getting married and this place was very close to the city. The balcony was beautiful and our favorite part. Our hosts were very communicative and kind. This is definitely a great place to stay when visiting chicago. Will definitely consider staying here again my next trip out!

Great spot for a guys weekend

The communication with the property manager was easy. The spot was in a really great location. Even though we were close to the city it wasn’t loud. Very spacious with plenty of bathrooms and beds. Also the patios are great and have views of the Chicago Skyline. Really enjoyed our time.

Clean space

The property was nice, spacious kitchen for large family. Quick and easy access to downtown. Only concern was the laundry machine, it was so loud. Sounded like a drilling machine. Manager communication was top notch. Overall, great place to stay.

Great apartment, lots of rules

We had a smooth stay with our group. The apartment is quite nice, including a large back patio, garage parking, and plenty of beds and bathrooms. We enjoyed the open kitchen, dining, and living spaces. We were able to cook meals and made good use of the beautiful kitchen island and available cookware. The location is close enough to get to the Blue line to/from O'Hare and walk to West Loop or Wicker Park. Cons: - The property managers use Guesty, and require some additional ID checks + agreements through that platform, separately from Vrbo. - Checking in required a separate disclosure of rules for the house (including 11 pm quiet hours, enforced by private security and a penalty); these rules/penalties were not on the listing when booking. - The kitchen has plates, cups, and some cooking pots, but no oil or spices, so bring your own.
