We are located 3 blocks from the Convention Center, Four Seasons Hotel and Casino in a redevelopment warehouse district. Property in the area is well managed with plans to redevelop an arts and entertainment district. We presently have a music venue (Mississippi Underground) and carry-out kitchen (North Outpost) next door. a few vacant and distressed building remain; no worries this is an extremely safe and vibrant area. On site management and hired security is present during neighborhood events as a precaution.

Note; like other hotels, management reserves the right to assign rooms based on availability and the size of your group. We make every attempt to ensure the safety and comfort of all Guests. Occasionally, it is necessary to shuffle Guest and assign a room different from the room you reserve.

This creatively converted warehouse loft is 2000 sq ft and can sleep 16 guests. Huge kitchen, bathroom with jet tub, 2 large bedrooms (with 2 queen and 2 twin beds in each), 2 full size beds in the studio area. Access to our warehouse game room includes an additional full kitchen & bathroom, lounge space, pool table, ping pong, darts, 3 TVs, and dining area. Includes ample parking that is both free and secure (perfect for buses, RVs, and groups with multiple vehicles). Additional features include a main floor lobby bar (open for private events), free Wi-Fi, commercial keypad locks, and security cameras in all common area spaces.

This is a unique and memorable overnight stay experience, if you are looking for a traditional hotel or house, this property may be not for you. Please note, that our 3-story warehouse has stairs and no elevator. However, we do offer two 1st floor suites that are fully ADA accessible and sleep up to 10 each. Our facility is not ideal for children or the elderly. If traveling with children, please contact us before booking. We do not typically accept reservations from local residents due to a history of Attempted unauthorized parties which were canceled (without refund) before they started. For the safety and comfort of all guests, we do not allow unregistered visitors. Fees are based on the number of people and length of stay. Guest fee is $60.00 per person per night with minimum rates. Visitors are not allowed unless authorized in advance. . Any Guests who misrepresent their intentions will result in a reservation cancellation WITHOUT refund!
