Welcome to The Laughing Loon - a beautifully renovated 1950's Island cottage perfectly situated with a 270 degree view of the 300 acre All-Sports Big Bass Lake in Irons, Michigan! Enjoy both sunrises & sunsets on the property with lake views from every room. Bring all of your watercraft to tie up to your own private dock on the property with public lake access just down the road. Enjoy the private sandy beach with a fire pit for bonfires & marshmallow roasting. Make your own family memories!

The host Bert was amazing. He called me with the code for the house and then explain the house to me, then followed up halfway through to make sure everything was working correctly for us and that we were enjoying our ourselves. can’t say enough we were there for a family reunion for a week And will be returning to big Bass lake in two years for another family reunion and I will definitely try to also stay at Bert‘s home. Thank you, Bert. You’re the best.
