Great property

Clean and beautiful property right near the water and a short drive from Rockport and Aransas Pass. Good place to stay to spend a lot of time on the water and come back to a cool RV. Enough of a kitchen with pots and pans and large fridge to be able to cook meals for 4 for a few days. Recommended!

We stayed seven days & the experience was great overall. I would recommend buying some food to cook @ the RV as the restaurants can get a little pricey. There was a full size fridge, a three burner gas rv cooktop, small stove, & a flattop grill. Just remember to remove plastic cover on stove. We even found a nice pull out flat griddle three burner grill. The grill was a little tricky to pull out but the host Rual came and helped me figure it out. The RV was nicely stocked with amenities that made the stay extra special. Rockport is a small town but conveniently located to several larger cities with plenty of things to do. We even got to take a ferry to Port Aransas with our dog. So, not only did our fur-baby get in the gulf but also got to go on a ferry. There are several places that had patios & accompanied our medium size dog. We went to the USS Lexington if you have any family that was Navy or are just interested we highly recommend. I learnt a lot about the women's movement in the early 20's-30's, The downtown coffee house in rockport is Alice in Wonderland themed! The stay was excellent can't speak highly enough about the host! We have already recommended to friends & family; we would definitely stay here again for the price, convince, host and overall experience.
