- How many guests will be joining you, and list their ages. Must be 25 years old to book unless I approve under special circumstances.


The Home:

• This a 3 Bedroom 2 Full Bathroom House (1-King Bed, 1-king Bed, 2- bunk beds). Primary bedroom has full bath while the other two share a bathroom.

• Private beach oasis. 2 Kayaks and Standup Paddleboard/Kayak available for all guests to use. Swim jump and play all day. Use precaution with small children who are at risk. The safety and responsibility of the guests lies with the guests. Booking this home waives any liability associated with the homeowner, host or property manager with any potential falling, injury or drowning hazards due to the home's location on the water.

• Covered Deck, Outside Shower, New Memory Foam Mattresses, High Speed Wifi, a Smart TV in the Living Room and the Bedrooms, Washer and Dryer located on ground level.

• Open Concept Living Room leading to an updated Kitchen with Stainless Appliances.

• Kuerig Coffee Maker (Filter and K-Cup Hybrid. bring filters just in case), blender, toaster, waffle maker, crock pot, air frier, cookware, dinnerware and much more provided.

• Plenty of room for the kids to play on the concrete slab under the house if it is raining.

• The large driveway has more than enough parking for all guests

• Public Beach Access at the end of the road Ocean Bay Blvd within 10 minutes drive. Beach Parking is Free.

• Bring your own Toilet paper and Paper towels. Limited shampoo, conditioner, body wash, enough toilet paper and one paper towel to get you through a night or two. This is not a hotel but a home away from home and guests should expect to bring their own consumables.

• Do not ask for late checkouts or early checkins until the night before or morning of. I usually have same day checkouts and checkins, and my cleaners need time to get the places ready.

• Trash goes out Mondays and Thursdays (Take trash to the curb the night before since they come early)



*** A completed booking is an affirmation that you have read and will abide by the House Rules and Regulations. This should be seen as an indication that each guest is vetted equally which protects the integrity of the house, the business and the guests. This also allows the host and co-hosts to gain insight into each guest's stay in order to provide unique accommodations for the maximum enjoyment. Help us help you!

• Instead of giving a bad review, communicate issues during your stay. Most issues can be fixed so that you can enjoy your stay. This is a home and sometimes issues arise. I am very easy to work with and will do all I can to remedy any issues presented, which is rare.

Full Access to House with the keypad on the front door. Security Guard at Entrance to Neighborhood. Just give them the address and they will give you a temporary pass to display on the windshield. Plenty of parking in the driveway of the house.
Other things to note
Essentially the rules are, If you break it you replace it. Have fun. I'm much more laid back than you realize and there are regulations to prevent damage to my home so that others can enjoy it for years to come.

We provide Shampoo, Conditioner, & Body Wash, Hand Soaps, Dish Soap and Cleaning Supplies. Do not take the containers please.

Things We Recommend You Bring Along:

Bring your own toilet paper and consumables. We provide enough so you are equipped upon arrival, but the host cannot be expected to grocery shop for an entire house with several people.

Items such as beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys will not be provided. Also, child-safety items such as outlet covers and baby gates are not provided. Make sure to bring these items with you! Bring your coffee, food, beverage and hygiene supplies.

If using the home's watersports equipment, the gear must be rinsed with fresh water after every use. Once dry, then the gear must be stored and locked up. Any Kayaks, Standup Paddle boards or other gear, or Personal Water Craft must also be rinsed, stored and secured properly.

Any accidents or mishaps to personnel and property are the responsibility of the guests when the guest is at fault. The guest must inform the host immediately during any incident involving injury and property damage.The guests waive the right to sue the host in the event of an injury or damage. The guest is responsible for damages to the property and must pay for damages immediately upon receipt of a quote for repair. which will be served within 14days. The guest is also responsible for any loss of income when the home cannot be used while repairs are in progress due to property damage on their part.
