We stayed here for 2 months along with our dog , the location was great to get to the beach , and also walk the dog to the bay , the place was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed , check in was a breeze and mark was alway there if we had a question, he was a super host . We would definitely stay here again .

Interesting neighborhood with a large nursery across the street. There was absolutely no noise of any kind and we had quick access to all the places we needed to go. The prices on the island are outrageous unless you want to be on the beach which we didn't. If you don't need to be on the beach, this is the place to be.

Very clean, really comfortable beds, but terrible pull out sofa. Owner says he is replacing it. The property is so conveniently located to Anna Marie Island, Sarasota and attractions there as well. Fresh caught seafood market close by, white sands and turquoise waters on the island. Dolphin cruise, sunsets....wonderful trip! We stayed 2 weeks and never regretted a minute...except for the sofa.....

Stayed 3 nights and had a great time. House was immaculate had everything you could need, even had beach chairs, towels, and beach umbrella. Was in a great location close to the beach and down the street from a small park by the water. Easy access to launch kayaks and paddle boards.

Mark (Host) was very responsive. Everything was wonderful, neighborhood was super quiet. It's in front of a little marina area. There is also a nursery/farm nearby. The house was super clean and very nice - instructions for check-in/check-out were clear. Lots of info in the little book about the local area - what to do, where to eat. Would stay at this hosts properties again in the future!

Mark, the owner communicated with us, made sure the house was ready to check in when we arrived. We had everything we needed for our stay. They even had beach towels, toys and a cooler for the beach! Made it very convenient having pots & pans for us to cook at home! We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area. The house was well addressed and communication was excellent. Unfortunately the location leaves a lot to be desired. The mosquito issue outside is beyond belief, we were eaten alive just taking the dog out for a walk. A warning would’ve been welcome.
