The house sits on 2+ acers of land, 300+ feet of waterfront, a covered pavilion that has 3 sets of patio furniture, covered parking, and a view that never gets old.
The space
2000 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, and office. An open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room. Along with amazing views of the Appalachian mountains, 300+ feet of waterfront, 2 boat slips, a large yard, and a large pavilion. Two smart TVs with hulu, disney +, and HBO max provided along with any other free apps.

Bedroom 1- master with king sized bed, dresser, and bedside tables. Also has private bathroom
Bedroom 2- queen sized bed, dresser, closet.
Bedroom 3 full sized bunk beds, twin sized bunk bed, and a twin sized pull out bed, and closet.
Guest access
Electronic Keypad lock is used at the house and every code is unique to each guest and will be provided within 24 hours of check in.
Other things to note
2 adult 2 children Kayaks available for rent in the summer.
