The Space:

Welcome to Unit #301 at the new Cedar Street Condos, Downtown Sandpoint’s Premier Condos.



Stay Downtown Sandpoint at 5th & Cedar's new luxury condos with Rooftop hot tub, views and outdoor TV!  Top floor, all new construction and designer furnishings. Safe, easy and luxury living with restaurants and shops just a short walk away.  Dog friendly!  We even provide a pet bed, leash and pet bowls! ($125 pet fee required if bringing a dog).  For guests with Electric Vehicles, there is a public, pay-to-use Level 2 EV charger right in the parking lot.



Condo #301 is a top floor charmer with a 1 garage space and 1 outdoor assigned space.  Professionally decorated and furnished in a clean, Scandinavian style and sleeping up to 6 people.  Two large bedrooms, both with King beds and luxury linens, plus a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area.



The kitchen is fully appointed with GE Cafe appliances, Quartz countertops, coffeemaker and all the little things that are important (sharp knives, good cookware, spices and flour/sugar). Smart TVs in Living and Primary bedroom w/soundbars, so you can enjoy music in addition to your favorite movie or sporting event.  Private deck with Adirondack chairs.



Head to the shared rooftop and enjoy the large communal hot tub, fire table, BBQs, and outdoor TV. A perfect place to relax and be surrounded by views and ONLY available to condo owners and their guests.  YouTubeTV subscription available on rooftop TV so stay in touch with your favorite game or show.  Secure building with private elevator.



A bevy of restaurants and shops are a short walk away. Bring your bike or rent one - the Sandpoint / Dover Bay bike trail is located right here.  Sandpoint's Farmer's Market is one block away (operates seasonally) and City Beach is a short walk away as well. Skiing at Schweitzer

The Cedar Street condo was an excellent base for skiing at Schweitzer. It was comfortable, well presented and close to all of the bars and restaurants.

Great spot in Sandpoint

This is a well appointed contemporary apartment in downtown Sandpoint. It’s a quick walk to downtown restaurants and the farmers market. Rooftop hot tub was great and has a lovely view. Very comfortable stay - thank you!

Our stay in Sandpoint was only made better by our rental. You cannot ask for a better location to stay - a block from downtown and two more to the waterfront. The space itself is well laid out, spacious, clean, and all the needed amenities at your fingertips!

Great stay

Housekeeping was still cleaning the place so we had to wait for a bit after 4pm. The place was lovely, comfy beds and had all the cooking pots and pans that we needed. We accidentally left out Tomahawk steak in the fridge though :-(

Much better option than a hotel!

Condo was fabulous-clean, spacious, and well-outfitted all around! Beds comfy w/ plenty of pillows of various firmnesses and baths had lots of big, fluffy towels. Having laundry in unit huge plus, W/D very nice and supplies even provided! Kitchen thoughtfully supllied.

A great place w/ wonderful management!

We came during ski season (love the heated garage), and enjoyed being downtown (30m to be parked and in boots at the Fall Line parking lot). But it was Jesse of Daughtery Management who was wonderful. A power surge seemed to have messed up the code for the computer entry but he was at the other end of the line when we called at 8:30 Pm on Friday night when we arrived. Building is beautiful, the hot tub on the roof awesome. We had a great stay — fabulously appointed kitchen too. Thank you for a great visit.
