You will feel at home in this cozy but spacious one bedroom, one bath, ground floor condo. It is furnished and equipped with all the amenities of home. It has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, full size stove and refrigerator, drip coffee maker, keurig, rice maker, pots, pans and dishes.The bedroom mattress is a comfortable Queen Size Simmons Beauty Rest. The bathroom includes a shower and full size tub and hair dryer. We just purchased a new living room couch with pull out queen bed and memory foam mattress. The condo has two TVs. One in the living room and another in the bedroom.

I am retired with children and grandchildren. I worked as an Early Childhood Education Specialist in a variety of settings, including the Federal Child Care Bureau and college settings. I love my home in the Pacific Northwest where I hike, ski, cycle and enjoy my children and grandchildren. My favorite place to be when not in Seattle is Maui, where I enjoy the marvelous weather, the ocean activities and beautiful sights of the island.

Why they chose this property

This property is delightful. It is a quiet, lovely complex and the unit is just 300 feet from the beach. A beautiful sunset beach, by the way! It is close to shops, restaurants and great snorkeling beaches. If you want to get away from the busy and crowded tourist areas on Maui, Kihei is definitely the place to stay. It has beautiful beaches and is a quieter part of Maui, but still within driving distance to many of Maui's tourist attractions.

What makes this property unique

You will be 300 feet from a quiet and beautiful Maui Beach in a beautifully landscaped complex. While on a quiet street you will be just one block away from restaurants, shopping, hair and nail salons, a large super market and drug store, a fitness center and much more. Sunsets from our local beach are some of the most beautiful on the island.
