Loved the condo and location! It was perfect for family of 4! Very clean and cozy, comfy beds, well furnished and everything you need for the beach or play tennis. Steps away from the beach and facing the pool. Our host Robbie was very friendly and responsive, we will definitely be back!

The place and the location are very cozy and great location to every place around which was great. However, we did not know there was no elevator and the directions did not say it was an even building or an odd building.

What a wonderful property. The view of the sound was fabulous. I enjoyed the changes of the Tides and the lush greenery throughout the property. I really enjoyed the swing looking out at the water.

Wonderful property manager!

I had numerous communications with the property manager (owner possibly) - he was very nice and easy to deal with. The property was extremely clean and the housekeeping was very responsive to our request for more towels. The pictures make the unit look a bit bigger than it is. The master bedroom is crowded due to the size of the king bed and the second bedroom is crowded with the two twin beds. There were four of us, but we had a wonderful stay.

Family Vacation

The property is NOT on a swimming beach. Perhaps I missed it, but I thought this was located adjacent to what I would call beach access. It is on what I would call a coastal waterfront. We had to get in the truck and drive to a beach park. Other than that, the property was clean and comfortable. The TVs were not simple and could be challenging for older guests.

The homeowner read your feedback and wanted to provide some clarification:- We make sure to clearly state in the property materials that Port Royal Sound is not considered a swimming beach, as it's more suited for nature walks, beachcombing, and enjoying local wildlife.- Our guests are able to enjoy a full resort facility, which includes three pools (one located directly below our unit), a sauna, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, a pier, workout equipment, and more.- While we understand the TV setup can be challenging for some, we do provide written instructions, and once we were made aware of the issue, our property manager responded promptly and resolved it.- If guests ever have questions or concerns during their stay, we encourage them to reach out. Great Views!!

Our family had a great time, and enjoyed our stay at the condo. The views of the sound were amazing, and being able to walk along the shore during low tide was really fun! Not far from Folly Field Beach Park and lots of grocery stores and shops around the area. Also fun watching some planes as the condo is close to the airport. That being said, the area is quiet and tucked back from a lot of the hustle and bustle of the island. Recommend staying here!

Great unit

This is a great unit with a desirable location within the complex. The sound/ocean is visible from the enclosed balcony. The unit had everything needed and the property manager was very responsive.

Family-friendly condo with personal touches

Condo is conveniently located near our family in Hilton Head Plantation. The whole condo is decorated beautifully with gorgeous furniture! We were here to spend Thanksgiving with family, and were pleasantly surprised that kitchen was well-equipped to help with some of the food preparation. Other pleasant touches were family-friendly DVD's, books, and beach toys.

Perfect for two

My 17 year old and I loved this place and Will absolutely come again. The little patio was perfect for cloudy afternoons to read, woke up to see the beach out my window, and my teenager had a lot of fun exploring the property and the beach.

Very nice, a little outdated, could be cleaner

It was lovely. The beach was very private, the grounds were kept nice. The condo itself is a little dated. I thought the unit could of been cleaner but it was great for the price. Will come back to Hilton Head!

Beautiful and Quiet Atmosphere

We were very happy with our stay. The room was very clean and neat upon arrival. We could have used a few more kitchen amenities....can opener, baking pans, etc. The location was very close to the pool and the sound. The staff and security were very friendly did an excellent job of maintaining property and keep rules enforced. The bike paths were fantastic and very family friendly. Overall, an excellent stay.

Wonderful view of the ocean.

The unit was a little dated. Internet connection was not smooth. The kitchen could be set up more conveniently but it was well stocked for cooking. Beds were nice and comfortable. Very peaceful and relaxing vacation.
