The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 11th floor 2 bedroom studio apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. This ocean front condo is fully furnished with 1 queen size bed and 2 full sized beds. It also included a sleeper sofa. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

The kitchen is very spacious and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and rentals. The oversized kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family, including a full-size dishwasher, fridge, and stove, as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
The living area is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the sofa or accent chairs and enjoy endless views of the ocean! The sofa converts to a full-size bed. There is enough space to accommodate 6 guests in the apartment. Many guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and the sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous.
**On property, parking is available and included. 2-Bedroom Suites and Studios will receive 2 Parking Permits at check-in.

All suites managed by StayMareni have code locks on the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at any front-desk lobby. All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in just prior to your 4PM check-in (or earlier check-in time, if arranged).

ADDITIONAL FEES: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspection, and office teams and often inconvenience our next incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100.
NON SMOKING: The Boardwalk Resort is a smoke-free / tobacco-free Myrtle Beach resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas. As a courtesy to other guests and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is PROHIBITED. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Violators will be subject to a $250 fine.
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE UNIT: Violators will be subject to a minimum of a $250 fine and additional cleaning costs may pertain.
For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at the Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire with us directly for more information on the availability of these units.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by individual hosts (please treat our properties with respect), all questions or requests must be made by contacting us as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay or questions you may have.
Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.
