The main level has a bedroom with queen bed, office with desk, washer/dryer and bathroom with soaking tub/shower. Upstairs you wlll find the master bedroom with spa like shower and heated floors, dining room, living room with new furniture, full kitchen and Nespresso coffee maker. Walk to the beach, catch the sunset, walk to dinner or the bar. Great restaurants, coffee spots and views! Beach volleyball in the summer, go jogging, walking or kayaking only a 4 minute walk. Do you like arcades, seafood, sunsets, taking walks, jogging, views of the Space Needle and Olympic mountains? You'll love this place! Minutes away to Pikes Market, West Seattle, Lumen Field and downtown! If you like the off season when it's less populated, this beach town is open year round and its more peaceful!

This was our 2nd time staying here. It is a cute house and so close to the beach. It’s walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. It also has a parking spot which is so convenient.

Wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic time staying here. The location is absolutely wonderful, a bit out of the city and right on a beach boardwalk. The house was very clean and just what we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

Great Place

I came to Seattle to see my daughter and this was a half a block from her house. This is so close to the beach and so many good restaurants. Not far from the ferries. It was so clean and cozy. I definitely will rent again when I come back!

Great location

Great location, quiet, clean area. Beds were very comfortable, fluffy towels. Overall a very nice stay. We did not cook but the kitchen appeared to be fully stocked for cooking. Parking was great in the back. No outdoor seating area for this side of the rental. The refrigerator had leftover take out containers, old milk, unopened alcohol and other items. Freezer also had food and was dirty. Cabinets had opened food items too. Bathroom drawers had some other personal items. I don't mind there are personal items, would prefer they were moved to another area or marked as such, especially the fridge.

I love Seattle and West Seattle, from Alki you can see the city skyline, beautiful sunsets and kayak, swim or jog near the beach. Many restaurants and coffee spots to choose from, play volleyball or take in the scenery of the PNW.

What makes this property unique

You can walk to the beach and restaurants, it’s a beautiful area with many shops and things to do nearby. The home is in a quiet location and I try to offer a luxurious experience for my guests!
