This renovated New Hampshire Farm House, sits on 140 acres of northern New England fields and forest. A perfect base camp to explore the surrounding, Dixville Notch, Vermont's North east kingdom, Maine, and the Canadian Province of Quebec.

Close to downtown Colebrook with a choice of dinning and shopping, the farm house is perfect for a single family or group of up to 8 people.

We are next to the Mohawk Cottages and the Colebrook Country Club Motel and golf course, ATV trail access via Route 26, and Snowmobile trail access from the property.

On the fist floor is the living room, dining room. farmers kitchen, study, and master bedroom with private bath, The upstairs has three additional bedrooms and two water closets. The large screened in porch over looks rolling fields.

This was easily one of the best places we’ve stayed, especially for a month long rental. The home is an old farm house on a beautiful property. It has been up-kept and updated, while maintaining its rustic charm. You really can’t beat the morning coffee views from the screened in back porch. It has everything you need for a stay of any length. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The living space is warm and inviting. Even the bathrooms are cozy. The home was very clean upon move in, and Tim has been very helpful and responsive for any questions. I highly recommend this home for anyone who will treat it with respect!

Beautiful property and home, very comfortable.

This has to be the best vacation rental in the north country. The home is located near town and convenient to all north country attractions. The interior is beautifully done and very comfortable. Well worth the upgrade from the standard north country lodging/rentals.

Wonderful Stay!!

We LOVED the farmhouse and the beautiful, peaceful fields/forest setting! The home had all the rustic charm along with all the modern amenities that made it a fabulous extended stay! The kitchen has everything you need for a stay, and more. The rooms were spacious and sunny and clean and we cannot wait to stay again! Highly recommend!!

Snowmobiling The Great North Woods

This was our second stay at the Colebrook farmhouse. We enjoyed this stay as we did our last time. House is suited fine for our needs. Proximity to town, trails, gas,grocery store,and restaurants is perfect. Located in an area that is perfect to go multiple directions. We will stay again sometime. Steve, from NY

I've stayed at this property several times and it's been perfect every time! The owners are great and provide excellent communication. The house has plenty of room for a large family or a bunch of your riding buddies, as the case may be. It is very clean, comfortable, and welcoming after a long day on the trails. I hope to be back many more times.

Direct access to the ATV trails!

We stayed at this beautiful farm house Columbus Day weekend and really enjoyed the home. It has a huge picture window facing the mountains, which framed all of the colorful foliage! The house was very clean and nicely set up. It is set up nice for a family or couples. It is very close to town which is a plus. I would highly recommend this beautiful farm house for trail riding, hiking or just taking in the beautiful area.

Great Weekend Getaway

Beautiful farm house, redone and it was perfect for our getaway. We were 4 adults and 4 teenage boys and there was plenty of room in the house. Plenty of space to move trucks and trailers around. Great screened porch to hang out in. Kitchen was fully stocked. Tony was ease and great to work with, very responsive to emails when booking. We were there to ATV and although we didn’t, we were able to access the trails from the house via rte 26 to the country club. We would definitely recommend to a friend.

The convenience of this location cannot be over stated. We came for ATVing and we didn’t even need our cars. We took the ATVs to town to pick up take out, the Dunkin in the mornings, and even to the grocery store. This location is feet from the start of the ATV shared road. The house is spacious and the listing is exactly accurate for sizes/beds/rooms/baths. The master bathroom does not have a door, so for privacy sake that bathroom is basically devoted only to the persons staying in that room. The second floor bathroom has to then be split across the three upstairs bedrooms which is a little inconvenient. The cleanliness of the house is exactly what you would expect from a farm house. Mostly clean, but definitely has a fly problem. We spent over an hour upon arrival vacuuming flies up around the place. This would absolutely not deter us from coming back, as it was a perfect location, had tons of parking, and amply space for our family to stay. Host did respond when needed, but otherwise let us do our thing without any bother or hassle.

Great snowmobile trail access!

This house has excellent snowmobile direct trail access! The parking lot was large enough to fit 2 large trailers and 4 cars! The house was larger than expected and had everything we could have wanted and needed! The only issue we had was the WIFI kept going out, which was fine for us but our kids weren’t thrilled! Overall, great location with the trails and being so close to town!

Whole family together!

Our entire family needed accommodations when we visited Colebrook recently for a wedding. This place was perfect! It had plenty of room for each couple to spread out and have their own space. The location was central to all activities. The owners we’re easy to reach and quick to respond to a couple of tiny issues. The view out of the large rear windows was breathtaking and made us feel like we were in the middle of a mountain retreat. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again in the future.
