About this space
This cute, bright and happy apartment is a perfect place to relax and enjoy. It’s clean and friendly interior makes the stay comfortable. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with parking on site.
It takes around 25 min to the Jacksonville airport, 18 min to the St. John Town center, and 30 min to the Jacksonville beach .
The apartment is a converted garage, hence it’s within a family home. The apartment has a separate entrance.
A very friendly outdoor cat „Dinosaur“ likes to greet guests.
The space
My personal backyard is adjacent to the apartment. I have three dogs that sometimes are in the backyard. Please do not open the gate to the backyard, since you might let them out and they all want to be petted by you!

A very friendly outdoor cat „Dinosaur“ likes to greet guests. Please do not take him into the apartment. We have a few feathered friends. You may hear at times some chirping.
No smoking is allowed on the property or apartment itself. If you do smoke in the house you will be asked to leave. The A/C from the apartment and house is the same. Hence, I can smell it if you do smoke in the apartment!
