The back of the house has multiple decks (upper and lower), including a covered seating area for the world's best sunsets, a full outdoor dining area, and a luxurious fire pit by the water.
Walking distance to the private Clearwater beach, and a 10-minute drive to downtown East Hampton, or to the east end's best Amagansett beaches.
The house is fully equipped for quality cooking and serving 10+ either indoors, outdoors, or both. Bathrooms are fully stocked - just pack your bathing suit and enjoy the summer fun.
