- All reservations that have an alternate guest checking in should make prior arrangements with the resort.

TAXES AND FEES:


Hotel Guests: At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made, credit card for $200 USD security deposit and a nightly rate of $25 plus tax Resort Fee* will be required at check in. The deposit must be made on a major credit card - cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted.


*Resort Fee includes Guest internet access; self-parking 1 car; PressReader; sports equipment (Billiards, Bocce Ball, Corn Hole), barbecue equipment, DVD & board games rentals, lobby coffee station.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A non-refundable 20% pre-payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellations within 5 days of arrival are 100% non-refundable.
