Very spacious for family of four. Amenities were awesome - indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, free arcade, mini golf. The check-in process was not pushy with the time share speech. Comfortable beds with linens and toiletries. Full kitchen but minimal cooking staples - no oil, Saran Wrap, foil, spices, etc. Would stay again.

Everything was as advertised. The hot tub was down for a day but that was no one’s fault. The carpet was pretty dirty & we had a toddler. So that was difficult. Other than that our stay was perfect!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. My husband and I stayed at this resort about 4 years back, but this time we brought our kids. We were celebrating birthdays and the boys had a blast! We played mini golf several times, tried pickleball once and the boys got their full use of the activity center the three days we stayed. It was nice they had a little restaurant on property but we didn’t utilize it. There were a ton of restaurants down the street, though, which was great and each place we ate at was friendly service and good food.The room was fairly clean. The entryway to the building could have used a good vacuuming and light dusting. Our room was good, but they may want to put some bumpers or pad strips on the inside corners of the cabinet doors in the kitchen. They kept sticking when we tried to open them. One was really challenging to open where I thought it was glued shut. The carpet could use a good shampooing too. It was vacuumed clean but we still saw some stains on the floor. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! We truly enjoyed ourselves.

TERRIBLE!! Not only do they try to scam you at check in to purchase a time share and waste your time after you say not interested 10 times, but they have BED BUGS! After hauling up 6 peoples luggage to the 3rd floor with no elevator, we proceed to look under the beds and find bugs crawling under both mattresses... filthy disgusting. I IMMEDIATELY called the front desk and they offered me dinner. NO thanks! I checked out as fast as I could. It's been a nightmare trying to get my money back from this company or even a phone call!! take my advice: DO NOT BOOK THIS!!
