Our stay in Philly was wonderful! The home was in a safe, convenient neighborhood, which made exploring the city stress-free. The rooms were exactly what our family needed—spacious, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend for families visiting Philly!
I would definitely recommend this property for a small group as it is rather tight but the location could not be beat.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad the location worked well for you, and we appreciate the recommendation for small groups. It’s definitely a prime spot for exploring!
Property was comfortable for four older adults and clean and well stocked as advertised in a great walkable neighborhood. The stairs are fairly steep but it wasn’t an issue for us. It would be great if two kitchen towels were added as we did a fair amount of cooking. The second floor shower door is missing some kind of a bottom edge so water leaked on the floor when showering. We would definitely stay there again:-)
The home is great! We had all the amenities we needed in a clean house. Great location on a quiet park-facing street, and close to all of the Philadelphia sites.
Great place to stay! Great location and wonderful house! I have two notes for future guests: (1) steps to the second & third floor are steep. If you have problems climbing stairs, be forewarned. (2) Parking can be a challenge in the neighborhood.
Loved our visit in Philly and this house was perfect. Comfortable, clean and spacious and the house was supplied with everything we needed and more! The neighborhood was great, right across the street from a park, which was perfect for my dog! Street parking available. So many good restaurants and cafes within walking range. Loved being exploring the city then coming back to our cozy home.
Great location. Walked to Independence Hall etc. Quiet neghborhood.

Thank you for your review! We’re glad you enjoyed the location and the quiet neighborhood. It’s great to hear you were able to easily walk to all the key sights!
Beautiful,very clean and comfortable accommodations
Very clean spacious accommodations and decorated beautifully. Beds were super comfy and bathrooms very large! The home was perfect for my family of six adults. Good restaurants within walking distance. Parking with a really large vehicle was only challenge but always found a spot within a block. Recommend this location.
Location was fantastic! We walked everywhere we went! Hosts were attentive when we asked about a couple recommendations. House was clean and nice. Would say a few things could use some updating but it didn’t affect our overall experience and stay. I would definitely stay here again!!

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts. We’re actively working on updates to enhance the property and ensure it continues to meet the needs of our guests.
Had not been together in a year. Perfect place to do it. Short Uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go - Train station, Penn’s Landing, Museum area, Magic Garden, Reading Terminal and more. The town house looked even better in person than the pictures. Very clean, great small but very functional kitchen with upscale appliances. AC worked well. Watched 1 movie - tv easy to use. Bedrooms very comfortable. Highly recommend. There were 3 of us so we each had a bedroom but more could be comfortably accommodated.
Excellent location with easy & free parking; walkable to Italian market, south street etc. needs maintenance: coffee maker caked with coffee grinds, the dish rack rusty, sponge & dish towel dirty, 2nd bed in bedroom takes up entire room. Overpriced for what it is.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the maintenance issues. We take cleanliness seriously and will ensure that the coffee maker and dishware are thoroughly checked and addressed. We value your perspective on pricing and are always working to ensure our guests receive great value. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better experience!
First and foremost, the people of Philadelphia were awesome! Everyone we encountered was courteous and friendly.
Our host (Jennifer) was very accommodating and responsive to all of our needs. We always felt she was interested in making sure our experience was pleasant and enjoyable.
The home was perfectly located, making it easy to either walk or bus to all of our destinations. Everything from the neighborhood markets and eateries, as well as the downtown and the waterfront areas were easy to get to. We thoroughly enjoyed the people and the city, and are looking forward to a return trip.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed your time in Philadelphia and that we could make your stay pleasant and convenient. We look forward to hosting you again on your next trip!
Spent six weeks at the property. Wonderful places to eat within walking distance between fourth and ninth Street enjoyed about a 25 minute walk to and from the train station each day.The property has a steep set of stairs from the first to the second floor, do not wear socks! I learned the hard way and at 69 years old that’s a less than I should’ve known Long before I slipped. My fault entirely, not the properties.Being from South Louisiana, I also learned a lot about winters in Philadelphia— they can get cold!!

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re glad you enjoyed the great dining options nearby and the walkable location. We also appreciate your feedback about the stairs, safety is always a priority, and we’ll make sure to highlight that for future guests. It sounds like you got a good taste of winter in Philly, too! We hope to host you again soon.
We are ballpark chasers and we visited Philadelphia to see a Phillies game. Jennifer was a wonderful host and checked on us before, during and after our trip. Her beautifully renovated, decorated and clean home is a quick drive to the ballpark and a convenient walk to Independence Hall and other historical sites. There is a pharmacy in walking distance as well as coffee shops and restaurants. Check-in was so easy and the park across the street gave a nice view from each of the three floors. The two large full bathrooms had everything we needed. A tower fan in one of the bedrooms was a nice extra and so was the mini-split A/C in another bedroom. The beds were comfy and the sheets were soft! We had plenty of paper goods and coffee too.

Decent stay.NOTE: There is free STREET parking, however there is no dedicated parking spot. I felt that should have been annotated on the property details given that I specially book homes with dedicated parking to avoid the inconvenience of finding parking with a young child. There is no washer/dryer so this is not a “home away from home” type of place, however the location is close to many restaurants off Washington Ave & its surrounding area. The home is clean & close to the park. However parking is a huge factor for me & I had trouble finding parking during my entire stay (4 nights).

Why they chose this property
⭐ “Spacious, well appointed, and well located. We were able to walk to great restaurants and fun neighborhoods!”
😎 What’s Philadelphia all about? Forget cheesesteaks for a sec (though, trust us, they're worth the hype!), Philly's got way more to offer than just a sandwich. This city's got history pulsing through its streets, from the Liberty Bell's iconic crack to the Rocky steps that'll make you wanna channel your inner champion. Dive into world-class museums, catch a game (Eagles fans, we see you!), or wander through vibrant neighborhoods like Rittenhouse Square with its charming cafes and leafy green spaces. At night, the city comes alive with buzzing jazz bars, trendy rooftop hangs, and enough cheesesteak options to keep you fueled for days (okay, maybe we can't forget them completely!). So ditch the ordinary, Philly's waiting with open arms (and maybe a delicious hoagie) for your next adventure!
