Amazingly epic

Amazing from the first step in the door. Clean, spacious, cool, and everyone had their own room with their own tv. Plenty of space for everyone! Bathrooms were beautiful and we appreciated the complimentary toothbrushes. Spent time in the pool every day that we were there and enjoyed watching the iguana's. Overall epic experience and we will stay there again and refer all of our friends and family.

Perfect getaway for family

We loved our stay! The house is a little bit older but well maintained, the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils you need for cooking. Rooms were spacious, and the pool area was clean and water was perfect temperature, could hardly get the kids out of the pool. We had a few questions when we got to the property, they responded promptly! House is in a quiet neighborhood, so it is great for families, I appreciated not hearing loud music into the night! The beaches are close too, just a short drive. Highly recommend staying here!

Best pool!

This house was perfect for our crew. We took my mom for her 80th birthday and found the two bedrooms downstairs which are easily separated from the living room via a pocket door a wonderful bonus to shut out the rest of the house at older folks bed time. The screened in porch was fabulous. The air conditioning was amazing and the home was clean. The only negative I can think of….that really wasn’t that big of a deal at all was that we could not walk a mile to the boardwalk. Instead boardwalk was maybe a 7-10 minute drive (again no big deal). Overall I would most definitely recommend this home.

Acceptable rental that could use a few enhancements

The property manager was very receptive to any questions prior to our arrival and very quick to respond to a few small issues that arose. The house provided plenty of space for our group of nine. We spent a lot of time in the pool and the water temperature was ideal. Compared to other rentals we have stayed out, there were some things that were lacking in our opinion. The kitchen was minimally stocked. We ended up purchasing additional cups that we left there for the next renters. Some extra cookie trays, measuring cups/spoons and providing cleaning supplies would have been nice. We would recommend putting some cushions on the outside lounge chairs and purchasing more comfortable seating in the covered patio. We felt that investing a little bit of money into improving a few things would be beneficial and improve the overall experience for renters. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Great house. Amazing pool!

This house was perfect for my family is 8. The best part was the amazing extra large pool. Very nice quiet neighborhood. We would defintly stay here again.
