Historic Hico Remodel- EV/RV Outdoor Outlet

Our longtime project is open for guests! The house has been fully remodeled for your stay in one of the neatest towns in Texas. Walk to the Koffee Kup Restaurant, Wiseman House Chocolates, and Country Donuts. We are the only short term rental with 220 outdoor outlets for your EV or your family's RV!

We have a fully stocked coffee bar showcasing Wiseman house blends for you to try out before you buy.
Our house is also walking distance to downtown.

Host was welcoming, location was good-within walking distance of city park, restaurants, downtown shops. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Liked the retentionof early 1900's atmosphere with modern conveniences. Only downsides were the front door antique hardware did not work very well at all, and the shower water pressure seemed low.

A beautifully decorated and cozy place to stay. I love the fact that this place is over a 100 years old and has many of the vintage decorations. It was perfect for our family of 5. We went to Dinosaur Valley State Park for hiking and to Fossil Rim Wildlife park which were about 30 minutes away. We ate the most delicious pizza around the corner of the house (walking distance) at BodaCellis. There was a bingo game at the Wild Saddle Saloon. Such a lovely home in a lovely town. We will definitely be back!!

Great overnight stop!

We had a great time at this property, Albeit, brief. We were able to check-in on time, early arrival was offered too, and everything was as expected. My favorite thing is that there was not a long list of “to-do’s” when leaving. Was great since we really only slept in the home while attending a graduation. Excellent stop. Thanks!

Very very nice. Loved all the original pieces of the house and antiques that were incorporated into the design and function of the house. The owners communicated so well with us and were so helpful. Would stay here again. It is truly a beautiful house and property. The owners did an amazing job restoring.

Lovely Home

The property was very clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. Each room had its own AC split system so each person could adjust it to their liking and each bedroom had a noise machine which was fantastic to have as a traveler when you’re not used to strange outside noises. 10/10 will book again. Loved the decorations and picked up a lot of inspiration for my own little home.
