The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer, ensuring a refreshing experience. Forget about the hassle of finding a laundromat, as our awesome house comes with a washing machine. Stay connected with loved ones using the WiFi, and stay cool during warm days with the AC. Enjoy all that Tacoma has to offer when you stay at our place.

This newly-built 2BR, 1 BA carriage house is close to everything you need! Blocks from the Tacoma General light rail stop, you can easily make your way downtown. Walk to Wright Park and many restaurants and coffee shops in Hilltop and Stadium District. Proctor and 6th Ave are a short drive away.

Modern 2-Bedroom carriage house apartment located above our garage. Vaulted ceilings, spacious bathroom with wall-in shower, and brand new appliances. Space has private gravel driveway suitable for one car. Property is accessed through the alley.

Listing a little misleading.

Owners are on site, it would have been nice to know that before arriving. There is no hot tub and it’s listed on amenities. Over all it was ok for the short time we needed it.
