NRG Stadium Weekend Stay

Perfect quick turn around stay. Due to the property being an apartment it was a little tricky initially to find the apartment but the host provided detailed instructions and we managed to find it after a little trouble. Amenities were as described and apartment was clean. About a 25 minute walk to and from NRG stadium which was perfect.

Perfect location for a game at NRG !!! We loved our place and everything was perfect for us. Will definitely stay here again when we come back for a game.

The AC did not work my entire stay the temp never dropped below 79 I changed out the filter myself it was very dirty, there were roaches, a lot of the outlets don’t work there was no plates or bowls no utensils I would not stay again very disappointed. I drove 8 hours to stay in a hot apartment!

My stay was amazing! The only thing was we didn’t have a lot of small things like paper towels and toilet paper but overall My friends and really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be booking again!

It was good. Close to the hospital, it was very hot in the halls. Didn’t have instructions to get into entrance gate. No key to the pool. But it was safe and clean!

CLEAN ROOM. GOOD LOCATION FOR MEDICAL CENTER, OLD BUILDING, DIFFICULT TO FIND THE ROOM. ELEVATOR OLD AND IT BROKE DOWN THE DAY WE ARRIVED. WE HAD TO TAKE STAIRS TO THE SECOND FLOOR. WE ARE SENIORS AND HAD A VERY DIFFICULT TIME FINDING THE ROOM AND GOING UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS.

Getting to the apartment was a little difficulty to maneuver but we finally found it. Halls and elevators were hot. Apartment was nice. Just older apartments. Definitely needs more towels. 4 adults and only 4 towels and 4 makeup towels. No hand towels or dish towels. Close to MDA so would stay again.

Great little stay

Property overall is a good little place for family, hallway is a little muggy/musty but unit itself was great! Cool when you walk in which is needed because halls are hot- it’s Texas! Beds are comfy, we were in town for Clash of the Clubs and it was super convenient location. Daughter went to pool one evening after games and there were about 8 young kids maybe 6-9 that were regulars in the pool and she joined right in playing games with the kids ( she’s 15) and they were all welcoming and parents too. Only thing it needs is more silverware in the kitchen- only 3 spoons, forks and butter knives.

Was not pleased at all . The pictures online are very misconceiving. There were roaches and the shower bath was brown. Outdated and the building does not look safe at all . The pics online do not show the exterior of the building . The hallways had a bad smell

The place smelled of cat urine. Carpet was old and dingy. The water when opened in the master shower came out orange for about 5 seconds before clearing up. There was hairs stuck to shower walls in master shower. Would Never stay here. We booked another place and did not stay there. This was horrible and worst experience I have ever had with a rental.

A better cleaning service

The inside was not as clean as it needed to be. The apartment had a strong unpleasant smell. The bathroom didn't have wash clothes just make up towels. A couple of dead roaches were in the refrigerator. Overall I feel it was a decent place thats just in need of a better cleaning service.

Nice option

The Host was helpful. Clean, Both bedrooms are large with two full size bathrooms. Good location, no walkable restaurants but many options in a short drive. I was not a fan of the smells of cooking or maybe it is their air freshener. Had to open the back door and air out the apartment. The air conditioner (old) didn't work great, host has fans in all rooms.

I hate to complain and give a bad review, there were German roaches all over the cabinets, huge roach baits on top of counters but not working well. Shower curtains were slimy with pink slime. Tubs not cleaned well. Someone left their g strings in the dryer. Just overall bad stay

It was good but could of been better

The apartment was nice but didn’t have a lot of toliet paper (we had to go buy our own) then went to use the washer and it stopped working. Sent a message to the owner and they were very fast to getting back to me but my clothes had to be taken to the owners apartment and they finished washing them. Another incident was all of a sudden the water was turned off so reached out to the owner again and it was the city who shut it off due to working with the water lines. All in all we will not be staying there again
