Two Homes in One: This spacious property accommodates up to 20 guests. The main home, offering 3,000+ square feet, features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 12 guests. In addition, a smaller 1,000+ square foot cottage apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms sleeps 8. This listing includes both homes, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for your group. Each home offers a full kitchen, comfortable living area, and expansive decks. The property is equipped with a propane BBQ grill and a hot tub for your enjoyment.

Many family reunion groups choose our property, often bringing three generations together to create lasting memories. The main floor of the main house is accessible for limited mobility guests. It's also ideal for corporate retreats and intimate weddings. Events must be disclosed in advance, and an additional event fee may apply. This property ensures unforgettable memories for any occasion.

Decks off both the main house and cottage, outdoor dining furniture, and a propane BBQ grill offer great outdoor spaces. The large multi-tiered yards are perfect for outdoor games and activities. Take your boat out on the Columbia River without the busier lake traffic. The property includes a dock for your use at the south end.

Up to 8 vehicles are allowed on the property, and up to 2 pre-approved dogs are welcome with a $50/pet fee. RV parking is available for $25/night per RV (space may be limited, subject to prior request, power/water only).

Please note: During the peak summer season, there's a 7-night minimum stay with a Friday turnover. Video cameras/noise monitoring may be present outside the home's exterior. Please be aware that lake and river levels fluctuate throughout the year, with the lake/river generally being lowest in the spring and at full height in July and August.
