Pool & Hot Tub - Along A Creek - Garage for car or bikes!

Welcome to your peaceful ski retreat on Waterstone Lane. This spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom townhome sleeps up to 9 people. Enter to a nice mudroom area with space for gear and boots. Head up to the main living level complete with a living room with gas fireplace, large dining table and kitchen. Sit on the deck and enjoy the sounds of the creek that runs behind the property. There is a half-bath on this level for convenience.

Head upstairs to a main bedroom with King bed and attached bathroom with soaking tub. On the top floor you will find a bunk room with space for all of the kids. There is a twin over full bunk with trundle underneath (sleeps 4) and its own bathroom with walk-in shower. On the lower level you will find a bedroom with another King bed and attached bathroom and the fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds and its own attached bathroom. There is also a full size laundry room on the lower level.

The home has a 1 car garage and space in the driveway for an additional vehicle.

Waterstone Townhomes is a quiet townhome community located along Burgess Creek near the base of the Ski Area. The community boasts an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. During the ski season, there is an on-call shuttle that picks up at the townhome and whisks you away to the ski area, downtown, grocery store or wherever you'd like to go. During the summer, enjoy the convenient location along the walking/biking path that leads up to the base of the ski area and around the mountain community.
