Description:
This FIVE Bedroom home has a stacked stone gas fireplace in the living room and a state-of-the-art 65" TV with a soundbar. The home has 5 TVs. The marble and wood accents throughout the Dining room and Kitchen give you the rustic, forest feel, that you want when you come to Sunriver to get away. But with all the updated amenities that you actually need to enjoy your home away from home. Out in the garage, you will find parking and 10 bikes that will get you out and about on the 40 miles of trails in Sunriver.

Bedroom 1:
The first bedroom is the large Primary Suite, which houses a King size bed with a full bath, Jacuzzi tub, and dual-head shower. There's a Flatscreen TV with cable and access out to the Hot Tub and paver patio.

Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom has a Pyramid Bunk and large Smart TV.

Bedroom 3:
The third bedroom houses a Queen size bed.

Bedroom 4:
The fourth bedroom is a second Primary and features a King Bed plus attached private En Suite.

Bedroom 5:
The fifth Bedroom is accessed via Bedroom 4 or from Outside via the Paver Patio. There are 4 Queen Beds, Bunk style, a Clik-Clak style futon, and large Smart TV making this a phenomenal hangout room. There's an XBOX 360 (Bring your own games) or you can bring your own system and used the provided HDMI cord.

This home has a total of 8 Beds - The King in the Primary Suite, the Pyramid Bunk, The Queen, the King in the second Primary bedroom and the 4 Queen beds in the Hangout/Bunk Room. Deschutes County code requires us to let you know that homes are only allowed 2 persons per bedroom, plus 2 extra.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 10 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.

After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

Pet Policy:
This home does allow pets! Cascara has a pet fee of $20 a night, per pet.

Security Cameras:
This home has security cameras. There is a front yard security camara as well as a back yard security camara. None are able to see any private areas and do not record audio.

Booking Channel Guests:
Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
