This is your 'home away from home!' A charming cottage style home with central a/c and heat and all the amenities just waiting for you to arrive!

Please read entire listing before contacting owner. My listing will answer your questions.

The bedroom is decorated in coastal flare with desk, 10X lighted makeup mirror, King size bed with adjustable head rest , wall mounted HD TV. The unit overlooks the tropical pool and gardens. Pool is not private. It is located between the two units.

The bathroom has a large tile walk in shower with assist handles, built in tile seat along with two shampoo cubbies to store all your shower needs.

Enjoy relaxing in the living area with your HD, Smart TV, Bose Wave Radio/CD\DVD player, Alexa and Wi-Fi. Relax in two super comfy recliners! It's open and airy with 16' wide sliding doors opening to poolside to enjoy the nice ocean breeze!

Your kitchen has granite counter tops, cabinets, stove, built in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, and everything else to enjoy your home cooked meals. A Weber BBQ grill is right outside your door ready for your Grillin n Chillin! Enjoy your meals poolside! Beautiful stone outside bar with changing color lights! The pool area becomes alive at dusk with automatic tiki torches and string lights. You'll feel like you're at a luxury resort without the expense!

Unwind after a long day relaxing in your salt chlorinated pool. Take a stroll into town to enjoy cocktails and live music at the Village Pump, Aruba's or 101 Ocean. Stop by the ice cream store for a tasty treat. Enjoy it on a beach front bench while people watching and waves rollin in...

There are only two units on the property. This property is a duplex. Quiet owner lives in rear unit. If you're looking for a party place this property is not for you! Located in a quiet residential area with a short walk to beach, grocery store, shops and restaurants. Town is walkable no need for a car. Uber and Lyft services available here. Also our own town, Circuit golf service will pick you up at the rental for a small charge of $2.00 plust tip and take you anywhere around our town such as beach, grocery store, shops, restaurants, etc.
Non smoking property inside and out! Mature adults only rental. Booking request welcome up to 18 months in advance. Book early, I do fill up.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Lauderdale by the Sea. Judy's place is immaculate, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and includes all the amenities we could possible need! Judy is an amazing host who is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed lots of time in the gorgeous pool area - the outdoor space is well maintained and the plants and decor make it a lovely place to relax. The location is ideal, within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, and the supermarket. This was our 3rd time staying here and we will look forward to coming back again next year!

This accommodation is very clean and fully equipped being well looked after by the owner.The property itself has in my opinion a unique cottage style and having the fantastic pool to yourself was a real bonus with plenty of umbrellas, plants and flowersfeels as though you have your own villa.The location is perfect for the restaurants, bars and beach all within short walking distance.Really enjoyed our stay.

Growing up in the Carolina's, I enjoyed visiting my grandmother in South Florida. I always loved the warm, sunny, tropical climate! After completing school, I moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1980. It was the beginning of a 29 year career as a flight attendant with a major airline. I'm retired from the airline industry, I enjoy being at home and maintaining a beautiful cottage style home and my guest.

I have a passion for decorating and gardening!

I've lived and visited so many places during my life but somehow always found myself returning to the place I call home, Lauderdale By The Sea, Florida. It just feels good....

Why stay in a hotel or condominium building when you can have your own private place with only two units on the property?? Lauderdale By The Sea (LBTS) is a walking community. Every morning neighbors are out walking, enjoying their morning coffee, breakfast on the pier, beach, boating, shopping and just enjoying the simple things in life! It's rated one of the safest communities in Florida. It's peaceful with a wonderful ocean breeze! I love living here! It's such a unique coastal town with so much charm.....
The property is located in a quite area on the north side of Commercial Blvd. One block to Publix Grocery store, 3 blocks to beach, shops and restaurants. Las Olas Blvd. is a quick 10 minute drive down A1A.

What makes this property unique

This property has only two units. I take great pride in my property and want you to be as comfortable as you are in your own home. You will find everything you need and more! It's not your typical rental! Please read all my wonderful reviews from tenants.

At night the property comes alive with landscaping lighting! Take a night swim under the stars while enjoying cocktails & poolside BBQ. This property isn't just a rental, it's your home away from home! It's a Happy place!! You won't be disappointed!

Jump on the water taxi and cruise the Intracoastal Waterway sightseeing. There are bike rentals nearby, Publix grocery store and shopping center 1 block away. It's easy to vacation here without a car.

Most folks return year after year for their annual vacation in Lauderdale By The Sea. I'm very pleased they choose my home to be my guest again....

Lauderdale By the Sea is a very well sought after community. The town is full of beach side charm. LBTS completed a major face-lift. They added more side walk cafes, live entertainment, upscale shops, wider sidewalks, beach area seating, landscaping and much more for everyone to enjoy! We have a Farmer's Market monthly and free dance lessons at the LBTS Pavilion every Sunday during the season.
